The ORIGINAL #NewAmsterdam (2008). Such an AMAZING premise and diverse cast for back then.
It starred Zuleikha Robinson and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who played "John Amsterdam" (real name Johann van der Zee), an immortal Dutch man born in 1607, who lived in New York City on and off since he was 14 years old, and who was a homicide detective in the present day. Stephen McKinley Henderson was in it as John's son.
Epic story that ran only 8 eps.
