My primary/ cardiologist wanted me to reduce my cholesterol as well as my A1C. When I mentioned maybe it rose due to the amount of whole eggs I’d been eating. He responded to me, “really? You know better than that, it’s not the eggs. I want you to exercise more or whatever it is you are doing to get where you’re at, only more of that”. So short of it is eat pretty much the same take my wee bit of meds and exercise more regularly. Like daily. 👍
