: I've not gone to bed, of course. I woke up yesterday at just shy of 3 PM EST after going to be at just before 8 AM EST. I'm going to try to stay up until at least 10 or 11 AM EST today, just to make things interesting.

My relationship with circadian rhythm has been complicated all of my life. That said, the older I've gotten, the better I am at managing it... 7 times of 10, maybe 6 times but at least half the time.
