OK dorky American question: Is the "10" sign a speed limit sign? Or something else? We don't have circular signs here, typically. Just curious!

@janallmac In the UK, the general rule (with just a couple of exceptions) is that circular signs are legal commands, triangular are warnings and rectangular or square are information (eg directions).
