We heard Data playing the violin and were inexorably drawn toward the delicious notes.
We wanted to take Data away with us so that we could feast on his audio-nomic delights, but instead, Picard gave us an old record player.

🤣 Something about this episode has Cat from Red Dwarf all over it. I love it.
I can just see the bridge scene where Picard asks your demands after you've menaced the Enterprise, and then Riker bursts out incredulously, "Data?!" and the camera cuts to this classic shot. :)
