With under 24 hours until takeoff, ba.com have just canceled the flight I'd booked months ago to get to my Dad's 80th birthday in Scotland.

What a shower of cunts they are.

What's more galling is the flight tracker shows that it's not actually been canceled. It's just that they've canceled my place on it.

Hard not to take that personally.

Really odd that they don't have a 24 hour customer care line.

@stuartblair I know American Airlines codeshares with them , there are about 20 airlines in the membership. Find an alternative before you call and insist they book you on it
