Listening to Vanessa Mae and I thought the pattern of the music was similar to these clouds. Starting at the top, they're bright, light, airy, soft, and mellow. Going clockwise that starts to take a turn and get darker and the music starts changing with a lull and then getting faster and more intense, and that's the rough, stormy clouds closer to the horizon.

He should definitely wait until after the election to expand the SC. This way we'll know if Ds hold enough seats in Congress to get nominees thru. If he does this prior to the election and D loses or there are not enough in Congress , then Rs will stack it even more. I'd like to see term limits for all (Congress and judges) too.
