Sen. Ron Wyden revealed that Justice Clarence Thomas has failed to disclose even more gifts in the form of private flights paid for by megadonor Harlan Crow. This news comes only a few weeks after it was announced that Thomas was referred to the DoJ for failing to disclose the gifts. Justice John Roberts, who is tasked with policing ethics and enforcing the rules, has so far resisted requests by the U. S. Senate to answer questions about Thomas' activities.
