I wonder why news media think they should do live TV interviews of 16 yo students who've just lived through a shooting in the classroom next to them.
They build up feelings of notoriety and fame in them which is completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Worse, it's unhealthy.
The police will interview these kids. TV reporters should stick to the hard, factual news.
What am I thinking? I know why they do it. And it's WRONG.
@sloudermilk Because they couldn't give less of shit about the well-being of the kids, family, community or anyone else. They're ghouls who feed off human suffering for profit.
If you stop erroneously thinking they are _trying_ to do something for a good reason, and accept they're _not_ doing things for good reasons, it's easier to understand.
