I watched our polling place in a deep red county go from a city center location to a high school a mile from city center to a fairgrounds 2 miles out of the city over the last 25 years.
Now I see this shit:
"Former President Donald Trump, a longtime New Yorker, is seeing a potential shift in voter sentiment in New York State, according to a recent poll from the Siena College Research Institute."
If you've stayed out of politics, now may be a time to reconsider.

Veterans Day is kind of a conflicted day for me. My maternal grandfather was a WWII vet, and by all accounts he had major, untreated PTSD. He committed suicide (with a Luger he'd brought home after the war) while I was quite young, so I really don't have any memories of him.
So to "celebrate" this day, I'd say that it's high time to overhaul the VA and expand spending on mental health issues. That's not going to happen with a Republican House. So vote Blue, and then pressure your reps.
Find me a better piece of American rock. I'm going to bed, so you have all night to try. ๐
