This wouldn't be unusual, as there are 4 crossings over the Niagara River, in fairly close proximity.

Yeah, knowing the street very well, I'm leaning toward medical emergency or evasive driving while not knowing a border exists at the end of that street.
There is not a lot of straight road before the border. Maybe 8-10 blocks, at best.
@slapout No, it's expected. It's a little confusing, because they are saying it sped up to 100 mph, hit something, and then crashed into and area on fire.
So could be terrorism, wack job, or a medical emergency.
