Musk ignored his court date and the judge simply allowed him to keep up his "lottery". Please stop falling for YouTube videos with all caps sensationalism. They are simply there to make money. Even the ones that appear to be on your side are just trying to monetize.

@QueenOfEverything @sirgeefive The proper response from the judge would have been "No, you cannot do that, desist immediately" and then if they successfully appeal to a higher court or some other procedural, they've still done their damn job.
If you kick it back to someone you know will drop the issue, you helped them do it.
Unfortunately that’s true but PA District Attorney Krasner is fighting to keep the case bc at the ver least it violated PA lottery laws, but he’s convinced that having “multiple winners” all from PA was intended to affect the election in the important swing state.

I don't think the judge is letting him continue the lottery. The judge wanted to turn it over to federal court but the prosecutor wants to keep it in state.
