A 56% increase in maternal mortality in Texas. Women are DYING as doctors/nurses forced to stand by bc no one has the ability to determine if the life of the mother is in danger- until she dies.
If MEN, particularly WHITE MEN were also dying at these rates... I don't think this law would ever exist. It would be considered a sacrilege for men to be dying due to child birth.
THIS NEEDS TO STOP. OUR COUNTRY NEEDS TO LET WOMEN MAKE THEIR OWN CHOICES.
