Hmm, he is right in the sense that many adults view their pets as equal to children, they kiss them on the mouth, they sleep together, they bury them with honors, they put clothes on them, etc..

Is the lack of new births a concern for the church which is desperately looking for new priests in catholic countries?

It's a possibility as pets are cheaper to maintain and live shorter lives!! They cost less and don't talk back!😂
