He has been surprisingly chill for the most part but I had just assumed that since his vet gave it to me in a bottle with a measured dropper this meant I was to squirt it into his mouth.
his vet feels he may have to be on the Prozac for life. 😢

I noticed this morning a dark area on the right upper corner of Smitty’s mouth. It looks like the fur is gone. 😢 He’s not exhibiting any pain when I touch him or pull his mouth up, but this is the side where I give him his dosage of Gabapentin. He was diagnosed with anxiety two weeks ago. I got the Gabapentin at the vets but had to find somewhere cheaper for the Prozac and then afford it. Now, I’m waiting on Chewy to get the Prozac shipped to me. 😢

The problem about Vietnam and every other war that America has entered, (or started), is that none of them have affected us here on our soil. Sure, Americans got killed or came back injured for life, but that’s easy for most folks to ignore when it doesn’t impact them.

We we’re supposed to get a good soaking Thursday thru Friday but within the space of three hours, it disappeared. I had looked at the weather radar at 2am and it showed the storm hitting at 5am. Woke up at 8am to nothing but grey sky.

I just looked at our forecast and we may get some rain on Wednesday.

How is she doing? I would think continue cleaning it would be a good idea, if it’s got any sort of oozing. That and keeping it dry.

Maddie is a HUGE milk fan, so much so that I buy Catsip for her but, whenever I have a bowl of cereal or a glass of milk, I always save some. Normally, she’ll reach her paw into the glass or cup, coat it in the milk and lick.
Not this time. She insisted on sticking her head inside and lapping at the milk. I had to tilt the cup towards her so her head didn’t get stuck. 😆
When she was finished, her chin was soaked and then she promptly shook her head, coating me and the iPad in milk. 🤦🏻‍♀️
