"The Wise Tree of Abo"
Abó Pueblo, Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument, New Mexico
This tree, sat a short distance from the ruins of the 17th Century Mission of San Gregorio de Abó as if it was standing guard, watching over the land.
Showered, shampooed, hair mask conditioner and now a well-deserved and overdue facial. 😊 I have these cool sample tubes that I’ve had all year and use sparingly so as to make them last. The pumpkin I’m not all that keen on cause I dont care to smell pumpkin on my face. 😆

Ms. Mads doing what she does best and that's comforting me. Earlier this eve when I was raging and having an anxiety attack over how to pay for shit, she jumped up on the desk and stayed with me for over 1/2 an hour. At one point she stood up, looked at me, and I'd swear she was saying, "Are you feeling better?" ♥️
The last time I used the nebulizer was Dec 2019, which had been the last time I had bronchitis. I’m struggling to remember why the hell there’s a sticker on it that says “Replace nebulizer in Jun.” Dows anyone know what this is about? Does the machine have to be replaced? I’ve had it since, about 2018, I think.
Also, what about the tubing? I would think that should be replaced but there’s nothing in the instructions, other than cleaning the mouthpiece, medicine cup & lid.

Brother1 sent a text to me & Brother2 about the new Atari console that is coming out & I mentioned this would be fun to play with others. He's been married for 30? years now.

Early dinner: ham and grilled cheese on sourdough and sweet gherkins. It needed one more slice of ham but otherwise, quite yummy. I usually like to add sautéed onions but didn’t feel up to the extra work.
Gee golly, he's finally figuring this out about our mom.
Maybe there is hope for all of us siblings to start working together.
On other fun mom news; I found out that I'll need to start checking online & email for her VA appts 2xs a week, instead of the 1x I had been. They went & changed, last minute, an appt I had down for next Monday...to today. 😠
I'm trying to change their auto-reminder system to my ph# & email acct. Pain in the ass.

On the advice of my therapist, I put up a to-do list on my fridge of the most important/basic things I need to accomplish on that day and add in at least one fun thing to do.
My to-do/reminders on my phone have become so congested that I often look at them and shut the phone off.
So, I decided to call my list, "Accomplish Today" to give it a more positive hopeful spin.
My dental appointment is in two hours and I desperately want to cancel it.
I slept horribly. Got up for awhile and cuddled with Mads on the couch hoping that would calm my brain and let me fall asleep but it didn’t.
I have to do this. I have to do this. 😢

Has the logo changed or did it always have these bizarre weathered-like scratches?
I know sun isn’t good for records but about the only spot I have in my living room is here against the window. I keep the shade pulled 24/7 in addition to the curtain.
Soooo, am I nuts to think I can put my record collection, a metal two-layered rack, in front of the window?
