Welp, I'm outta commission for the evening at least. (I've recently been to the PT and been told I pulled my hamstrings.) I was just out raking the horse stall so we could finish leveling and putting down new stall mats, and I stepped backwards down into a hole (she dug a hole near the gate because she is impatient at meal time, one of the reasons we were redoing the footing in her stall) with the bad leg. 10/10 pain and the feeling of something tearing off my ischial tuberosity... /1
