After the shitty start to my day, my Tuesday has thankfully improved.
I was able to make the pork roast, (Mexican spices), though it took me a lot longer than it would have had I had the help I was expecting. But, it's in the slow cooker and has 3 more hours and then I'll shred it up to use in tacos, enchiladas, etc.
Voted. Got my flu shot
Took my bestie out for her birthday drinks since I wasn't able to join her on Sunday.
Now, going to watch TV and chit-chat with y'all.
