As much money Walgreens makes, you’d think they could create a website, app, and call center that work in tandem. Then there’s the absolute ineptitude of the app. I should be able to set notifications for just “ready to pickup,” instead of having to opt in for everything. I don’t need anyone telling me that my med is “ready” to be refilled, especially when a couple are taken only as needed. And if you notice I have all these turned off but I get text messages & phone calls all the time. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@see_the_sus The Walgreens app is horrible.

I recall sitting on a plane next to a Walgreens executive years ago as he was studying an enormous spreadsheet. Evidently at that time, Walgreens was adding several new stores every week. Running them, sadly, would be a much more complex task.

It’s a simple matter of not giving a shit. I wonder if the CEO’s even get their prescriptions from their company.
