So will states have to have their own version of the FDA?

@scottyorange Most or all states already do, but they are generally set up to work with the feds. Some have policies meant to oppose the feds. I'm sure that there are a lot of state bureaucrats making plans to pivot.

@00pi drug companies wouldn't want to have to deal with 50 different policies tho. I doubt it will happen.

@scottyorange It's going to be chaos. Drugs useful in abortion and lethal injection are already on a state by state basis. I imagine birth control and hormone treatments useful in gender transition will come next, and who knows what they'll pull on vaccines, what woo they'll give legal standing.

The actual outcomes are likely even stupider. Some states will make counter moves.
