I love when cute little birds land on my window AC unit and look in at me. Hi little dude!

Such a good time seeing Eddie Izzard! Remixed versions of older stand-ups. So much laughing.

I did it though, because they were also not even thinly veiling the threats against him if I didn't do it. So I became a werewolf and went on my mission. And succeeded. Then woke up.

Had a very weird dream that I did *not* like. I don't know what led up to it, but I was going to be turned into a werewolf to rescue some people. It was a very medical procedure in a hospital. The doctor came to tell me about the procedure. She offered me some pizza as a meal beforehand, then told me I'd also have to nibble the skin on my dog's neck, under the collar, to finalize the transformation. Um, what now? Gotta drink my dog's blood? Oh hell no. (1/2)

This may be the first time I actually ran outside when someone told me to check out the northern lights. Not bad for Connecticut.

This is what the bad spot looks like after my boyfriend ripped the shingles off. We're just cutting out the worst spots and putting thick plywood in the holes. Times like this I wish my dad was still with us for guidance. He'd be proud of the attempt though.

The town where I work is having their Harvest Fair tomorrow and my boss sent out one final text to try to guilt us into going. The hospital has a booth every year, but none of us ever want to go. For me, weekends are the only time I get to do any projects around the house and this weekend we're working on my rotting garage roof. Can't guilt me, lady.

Day 2 on drugs! My boss and I recently decided to try Nimoy on fluoxetine (Prozac) to see if it helps with the anxious behaviors he's started doing lately. He just seems psyched about the extra "treat" he gets in his breakfast. Gotta give it a few weeks to know if it's working or not

Levetiracetam is my least favorite thing to spell that I have to spell semi-regularly. Yay vet med! πŸ˜‚

I got through one whole book in September. To be fair, it was over 1000 pages. πŸ˜‚

I was looking into the Agatha Christie Mystery Collection and apparently it contains around 100 books. There are the original 81 that came out in the 1980s and 90s, then there were a couple more sets added in the early 2000s. They also released a few title variants, where the book is the same, but it's the UK title instead of the US. The book I got at the thrift store for $2 is one of the rare variants and according to the website I found.. worth $$$$. Dang. That's awesome.

Apparently this book I picked up at a thrift shop is part of a huge set. Because I'm a completionist and a book goblin.. I must have them all. Apparently they're old and I'll be piecing it together probably from eBay or sheer dumb luck. Weeeeee!!!!
