Random tip - if you don't already perform "defensive calendaring" I highly recommend it.

If you don't know what that is - block time on your calendar, just like you would for a meeting, but use that time to get tasks done.

Also helpful for making sure you don't have people try to schedule meetings when you aren't at your best, like first thing in the morning.

I dislike vanilla coffee creamer. Vanilla coffee creamer tastes like every skanky 3AM Greyhound bus station in America. Every dismal ER waiting room in the country. Every greasy, expensive auto repair shop in the world. It tastes like being trapped in an office, like 7-11's along the Jersey Turnpike, like truckstops on freezing nights in Wyoming. It tastes like cheapness, desperation, and despair. There are no pleasant memories associated with vanilla coffee creamer.
