@DavidSalo I think the current Republican leadership rules states the louder you can yell about something the better. It doesn't matter what it is as long as you can drown out the others and yell loud enough that people tune you out stop listening but keep nodding their heads.

You still have to figure out if those values are set in the heart or in the mind.

There is a huge information prison in the Republican party right now that manipulates emotion and instills hate as the default.

My Dad truly believes that LGBT people are brainwashing all children to be gay or trans. Every piece of information he sees is telling him that. There's no counter to that inside the bubble.

I know there are exceptions and circumstances to every person, but I would stand by the generalization.

These days, I see so many people disowning family and friends JUST because of political arguments and beliefs without understanding why those differences and beliefs exist in the first place.

It's getting late, I need a bath, but I want to go for a walk, or take a huge nap. 😂 Listening to the metal squeal of trains passing by is soooooo weirdly relaxing.

Big buildings and city lights always dazzle me. 🤪

I would have not gotten out of MAGA if not for my friends. Sure, I had my bubble crack here and there where I was looking for answers. But if my friends hadn't been there, trying to reach me, someone else would have filled the gaps for me, and I would have believed them and been stuck in the bubble, and maybe even gone as deep as my Dad has.

I'm not out to save everyone, just my family.
