I've noticed my YouTube ads have gotten way crappier of late. I mean, they were never great but now they're entering "doctors hate this one weird trick" territory.

Picked up my car from the mechanic's today. It's getting old enough now that not everything wrong with it can or should be fixed...
It might be time to start thinking about a new car.

No thanks. I already had roof damage from one of these atmospheric rivers 3 years ago. Let's hope it misses NorCal altogether.

Currently torn between doing things around the house and staying close to a heat source.

There's a bird outside (probably a barn owl) that sounds like a screaming banshee, and it's really unnerving.

Update: there's a lot more than the window that needs fixing and it's gonna cost a lot 😬. Oh well...

My car's in the shop and I'm home waiting to find out how much it's going to cost to get the passenger's side window fixed. Hopefully not a lot 🤞

Note to self: always check that the computer monitor has mounting screw holes in the back *before* buying an adjustable arm stand to mount it on. 👍
