I thought I was joking, but I just checked and the laptop really is arriving in two separate shipments. Curiouser and curiouser... 🤔

Fingers crossed that, whatever they are, the two shipments assemble back into a single working laptop. 🤞

I wish people would always email instead of calling. Now I have to mentally prepare myself to return the phone call I missed.

So I got an email this morning that the new laptop I ordered "has completely shipped", and now I'm puzzling over the use of "completely" in that sentence: what was the alternative?

There is this 5-min long parkour sequence in Star Wars Jedi Survivor with only a couple of checkpoints. It took me two days of trying to make it all the way through and I nearly lost my damn mind in the process, but I finally did it.
