These just keep getting more challenging every year...

Something tells me painting the details on the tiny astronauts for the #Space1999 Eagle model is going to be a challenge.

On a related note: I really need to start cleaning the airbrush in-between changing paint colors, or learn to live with a reddish hue in my wood brown color.

random thought: I use a special syringe to transfer small amounts of paint to my airbrush. I was using it yesterday, so I now have a syringe lying around with red smeared all over the needle, and I'm realizing that if someone saw that out of context they might get the wrong idea

Plug-in power usage meters are great and everything, but do they really have to cover both outlets?

I just totally cheesed my way around a bug in my code, but hey it works now, so I'm declaring victory and calling it a night.

The only chocolate candy I can find in the house is over three years old. Am I desperate enough to eat it? Yes, yes I am.

It's finally here: one of my favorite scifi spaceships. I'll be taking my time putting it together; I really want to do it justice.

I was on the UC Davis campus a little while back, where I ran into this handsome fellow.

Random thought: I wish I'd kept some of my childhood toys, because I'm looking online to see if I can buy them now second-hand, and boy is nostalgia expensive! 😬

My code still has a bug, but I also defeated an apex stormbird on hard mode today, so it's not a total wash...
