I had a choice: foreign-made but sold @ national Cdn retailer or Cdn-made sold by a local small biz for a bit more. Bought local but this is the most awkward, impractical pos vacuum I’ve ever come across. And I cleaned houses & biz for a living for many years. Blows hot air straight up- no power on the wand & the hose is so stiff it knocks everything over as you go by. Doesn’t even roll over its own power cord. Unfortunately it’s built to last so it will likely out-live me.
