Bullets DON'T NEED #^$&! punctuation - they are the punctuation gawdammit. (Limited reasons apply... yeah I know...)

don't need capitalization... It's part of a sentence.
Seriously, do people put periods after items in their shopping lists and Capitalize words, Phrases listed in a sentence?
