Here's the weather for Not Where You Are.

Almost 4" of rain overnight and it's still raining! Currently falling at about 7 tenths an hour. And it's coming from the SW so won't end anytime soon.

A friend who lives near Tampa says there are still huge piles of "garbage" everywhere. Continue to keep the hurricane victims in mind.

Currently raining a little over half an inch an hour. Will see how long that keeps up.
