A cousin didn't believe the charges against him until this incident: She went in a building then came outside. He was standing on the sidewalk rotating in a circle with his arms raised like the messiah, repeating over and over, "I'm Ted Bundy." She ran over, slapped her hand over his mouth and dragged him back to the car and shoved him in. She got in to drive and he was smiling maniacally at her. And she knew.
