Clotted cream is heat treated which creates a thick crust on the top. This increases its shelf life and imparts a unique flavour and texture. It is exclusively made from the milk of the Jersey Cow because of the high fat content of their milk (they're also quite pretty as cows go).

See the trouble is, that Jersey Cream isn't clotted cream, it's runny. It doesn't become clotted cream until it's been heated and cooled correctly! As for "Endurocream" that just sounds like a treatment for premature ejaculation ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ
