Did you guys know dried strawberries are a thing? I got some today and have been snacking on them, and they are heaven. Let me tell you. I love strawberries. Strawberry anything, but dried strawberries are so unexpectedly delicious.

@janallmac I used to have a multi-level food dehydrator. One of my favourite uses was canned pineapple rings which never really dry out but go to a chewy consistency with intense flavour.
There a hole in a pineapple ring, just the right size to take a strawberry.

I also love pineapple. I love how drying things concentrates their flavor. Dried apples are also heaven.
