The Eye of the Turkey
One of the best articles describing why the universe is expanding using dark matter and the edge of the vacuum you thought had to exist as a child is sucking it apart.
This is the first observational proof that black holes actually contain vacuum energy and that they are “coupled” to the expansion of the Universe, increasing in mass as it enon called “cosmological coupling.”

@normsmusic I just read the article you posted. I had read a different article yesterday about it and was hoping for a little more detail. It's probably just the article writer but I'm not seeing causation. I'm only seeing correlation between the size of black holes and the cosmic expansion rate. Have they definitively shown causation in the original paper?
@normsmusic Everything about black holes is interesting. That they have found a possible connection with cosmic expansion is doubly interesting. We will see where this goes. There's a point in time near but after the cosmic beginning when the expansion rate changes suddenly. Nobody knows why. Perhaps this discovery is related and will finally resolve the mystery.
