have you tried typing their base username into thesearch bar just above the posting dialog box?
(i.e., if their username on twatter is/was @AnnaBanana123, type that into the search bar--without the @.)
Searches on here will show username matches 1st followed by hashtag matches.

So...I use tweetdeck for twitter, so obviously, I love the way that CS uses the same layout. However...I can't seem to figure out how to add additional panels beyond the default firehose, friends, and notifications and keep them pinned there. Everything else opens in the 4th panel next to them and doesn't stick. Is the customization Pro only?
