Per the SCOTUS website:

"The US Supreme Court will release an order list at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 14."

"The Court may announce opinions on Monday, December 14. The Court will not take the Bench. Opinions will be posted on the homepage beginning at 10 a.m."

SCOTUS indicated that they will be issuing an opinion on *some* thing Monday by 11 AM (EST).

Yesterday, at appx 8 PM EST there was a federal execution by lethal injection.
Two hours after scheduled execution time 6 PM, SCOTUS denied his request for stay filing where Federal Prosecutors withheld for 18 YEARS critical information that adversely affected his sentencing.

Today, another federal execution will take place, bringing this total under this Administration to TEN.

All were black so far.

That is more Federal executions than in the prior SIXTY YEARS, COMBINED.
