@Alt_Human It's interesting that you presume to know how I would handle that situation.
Perhaps you might be that quick to fire people, not I.
Before a dismissal, I would sit down with employees in such a situation and discuss the issues, and make an effort to have a dialogue about how to improve things. Perhaps with a warning about how they air their grievances.
Employees who feel respected and cared for will be more productive.
