If, at some point you're able to, taking a longish hot soaky bath with epsom salts might do wonders.
Yes, warming up your core is needed, and if you're able to, add warming thoughts in your imagination, for instance, a roaring fire in a wood stove or fireplace with a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate! It helps in/on the unseen levels.
We work in the seen and in the unseen, whether we are aware of it or not.

My babe wanted to play in the snow this morning so after some rainbow waffles, we ventured out into the backyard. The snow was too sandy to build a snowman but we proceeded, undeterred, with building an ant hotel—it definitely doesn’t matter that ants want nothing to do with snow. We built them a swirly slide from the dried up husks from the Catalpa tree behind the garage. We also made them a skating pond from ice we harvested from the usually marshy bit of the yard behind the garage. #snowday
