@JustJarv let them impeach Garland... What will happen? Nothing. The senate would never convict. At this pint as badly as McCrazyPants has cost R's in the mid terms... Half of them (or more) just want him to go away and won't say a word. Mitch McConnell will lift a glass to Garland the day the indictment comes down. Remember we are not the only ones that want him gone.

@JustJarv ..... is that DOJ is doing nothing. What they are doing is just not public, not "overt" they are still working the case, evaluating eve dance, and bringing in specialist prosecutors. (it was last week I think) that specialize in espionage prosecutions. They are working. They are working hard. We just don't see it. Garland is a 100% by the book/ rule of law person. This is going to happen. And there will be nothing an R held house can do about it..... One more....

@JustJarv No he is not on the ballot but he is the leader of the GOP (debatable after Tuesday) and indicating the leader of a party within 69 days of an election is something DOJ (any DOJ) should stay away from.

"Overt action" references actions by the DOJ, such as indictments, announcements, arrests, and unfortunately it is a one way door. Cheato McCrazyPants can do what ever he wants b/c he has not yet received a target letter or an indictment. What this doesn't mean....

@JustJarv There is a question about "overt acts before an election" (The DOJ AG memo) and whether it applies to the run off in GA.

@JustJarv Do we all want it to happen today? Yes. Will it? No. Will it happen before he announces a run for 24? Probably not. Garland will indict him. Announcing for 24 won't save him. The indictment will ONLY come when the case is so air tight, so open shut, that there is NO way out of conviction. That is what we want, but that takes time, because one tiny mistake, one tiny screw lose and its over. He will slither out again. Justice is coming... Justice is patient... Justice is unforgiving
