@JustJarv No he is not on the ballot but he is the leader of the GOP (debatable after Tuesday) and indicating the leader of a party within 69 days of an election is something DOJ (any DOJ) should stay away from.

"Overt action" references actions by the DOJ, such as indictments, announcements, arrests, and unfortunately it is a one way door. Cheato McCrazyPants can do what ever he wants b/c he has not yet received a target letter or an indictment. What this doesn't mean....
