Those are really excellent images!
I’ve found, from my experience so far, that my iPhone 12 Pro’s camera can yield really good captures, as long as you keep its limitations in mind. First, of course, that you can’t get wide-aperture DoF, but also you need a well-lit scene; in low-ish light, you’re going to get muddy results, at least without HDR (which I haven’t experimented with much yet).
