A candyfloss sky, sublime
Lilac and pink
My horizon has vanished
Sky spills gentle
Over rosy snowfields
Like a coat of love
To wear in the morning
A grounding hug.
A cold, golden sun
The painted moor is empty
Trackless, pathless,
no way to go
Even my road is white
with snow and ice
Moving with care
Between the drifts
With the rememberings
Of hare and roe deer
I'm running wild and free
And singing
Words turning spirals in the air
And disappear
like warm breath on a mirror
