It was fate...
We walked in and my eyes immediately went to her (Boss) in her kennel...and she was looking at me - right past the couple in front of her cage. Her tail started wagging and, after they left, she played with us until we took her home.
People tend to anthropomorphize pets which, I believe, sells them short. They are quite fascinating creatures and very bright!
@m15t3r_dr4g0n Awe how sweet! Definitely fate! They are great companions in life. We have 4 rescues with us right now and our daughter (living with is for short term) has 2 rescues. Full house but we love it.
