Deadpool & Wolverine was really funny. Well worth seeing, so many laugh out loud moments and some actual cheer-worthy moments (and a few cringe ones). Loved it!

going to the doctors and trying to explain EDS, fibro, etc symptoms and getting all sorts of bs non-answers be like:

youtube.com/watch?v=4eoDeIw7G1 @wilw this hit me so hard. Always deeply identified with Wesley, and seeing this level of openness and vulnerability affected me on such a deep level today.

The existential despair that keeps kicking in really sums up what its like being an artist in the world atm. Let alone being an lbgt one. The optimism has abandoned me and it all just feels a bit like pissing in the ocean to try and stay warm while drowning.

A Quiet Place : Day One, follows in the footsteps of the first 2 films with being filled with heart, humanity and the better nature of people. Absolutely recommend seeing, especially if you liked the first 2 films. Could very easily have gone a different road and been something much less emotional but it was a beautiful, brutal, touching movie with intense moments that add to the overall impact. A+

There is a unique kind of feeling that comes with battling your body as it falls apart. You want to be kind to it but also want it to just work. The grief of not being able to perform music, play shows, do things that (although never easy) were once the lifeblood of our experience of the world and how we interacted with people. We'd defined ourselves by it. Tho now on a different journey, there is always that sting of missing it. ❀️ at least we can still write music x

What an amaze weekend, went to Armageddon expo, saw panels and met Temuera Morrison (Bobafett), Robert Patrick, John Barrowman and the voice actors of Rick, Morty and Summer. So much fun and spent far too much money on 3 more lifesize pokemon teddies (Got eevee, charmander and togepi to add to our Bulba and Pika), the complete Animal Man comic series, Preacher book 7, 8 and 9 and lilibet and I got our own custom lightsabers. Ellie got a PubG styled watergun too. Dad pictured for scale hehe ❀️ ❀️

Did you take your meds today?❀️
And remember to stay hydrated please!

Had to publicly put on blast 2 terrible humans today. One of whom released our music after we explicitly told them no and that we do not give permission. The other who still has all our music on his radiostation despite us telling him he does not have permission to use it (after he SA, gaslit and abused us... the reason we haven't been able to play a show in 3 years). We spent so long without a voice, now it is filled with a resolute burning rage.

companies using chatgpt for their customer service are fkn morons and deserve to lose all their business.

Some days really kick you hard. Feeling pretty down about life. We've had a rough go of things and keep trying but it often feels like a riptide pulling us further away from what we're trying to work towards. It just, sucks.

Saw The Fall Guy last night, loved it! I thought it was hilarious and really well done, the stunts were amazing and loved that they showed all the stunt people at the end too. Think it was marketed wrongly and thats why people aren't liking it. It was marketed as an american action romance film when its very much an Australian action comedy film more than anything. Totally different sensibility. Think Baz Luhrman meets Taika Waititi and you're far closer to the mark imo. Enjoyed it a lot ❀️
