Think the biggest thing that has changed with us over the last year is realising that after how hard we've worked to regain our peace; that we value it far more than attention. It has changed a lot about how we approach the world as artists and the kind of deeper driving force underneath it. No longer content to sacrifice that peace for anything, or anyone. So we made these to help ourselves with keeping track of self care things despite the memory/amnesia and switching issues we have. Pretty happy with them (and the younger ones love them). Made blue and green 'template' ones for others and probably put them on the site as free download to print-your-own.
