phew... PHDMXX03 release masters going back out on Monday (replaced in stores before it releases) so crisis kind of averted, XX04 release is mastered/finalised and XX05 and 06 are both in the pre-release checks phase. Artwork done, 3.30am... must be time to chill lol

I just got cucked on facebook. They've banned any soundcloud link that contains 'lilyunsub' in it. Can't even share it in private messages. Not just me. Anyone. The irony of deciding I'm finally going to be visible and use my voice only to have FB stick a 'community standards violation' down my throat.

Hit emotional rock bottom on my birthday. I cried uncontrollably for 6 hours before passing out from exhaustion. Its strange though because accepting thats where I was turned the world upside down and being able to actually express that physically became cathartic. It reminded me that I'd been there before and, as before, I'd stand up again. ❤️ I very much appreciate all the love you showed me in that moment, even if it took me until after it had passed to be able to recognise it again. #cosofam
