nothing like taking apart the computer tower, dusting it out, then putting it back together again, and there is an issue. fortunately, it was just a cable rubbing against the fan, but it sounded like a wounded animal.
Pimento cheese used to be a delicious mystery to me. But when I moved to Atlanta and got to know some of the restaurant chefs, they showed me how easy it is to make at home. Trial and error to get the right spices did the rest. Seriously. I could eat the entire bowl myself. #larryskitchen
hearing from family and friends in the path of Milton. lots of wind damage and rain but all safe. that takes a little weight off my shoulders.

Until I get a smoker, a slow cooker is the best way I have found to achieve a BBQ-adjacent effort on my pork butts. The Guinness adds a bit of a bite and flavor. And the final result can be used in so many ways. #larryskitchen

today has been all over the place. start with a migraine. try to sleep it off. feel a little bit better. stress out about sleeping so much instead of doing things. develop the beginnings of a panic attack. distract with games. feel a little bit better. stop playing and panic attack restarts. there is just no winning right now.

you think going on a diet is tough. try putting two cats on diets to help their overall health. anything that isn't nailed down is getting pushed to the floor in a bid to get more food/attention.
so this is how we're going to start, eh? Cayde knocks my Razer ring light into my monitor, and the light stops working. won't even power up. you'd think I'd be used to orange cat shenanigans by now...
any ideas on what I can do to fix the light? Razer support page wasn't very helpful.

what a wild college football weekend. No. 1, 4, 9, and 10 all lose. No. 8 Miami needs a 4th Q rally to beat Cal by 1. and fans everywhere start panicking. :)
grateful to have moved to the PNW from the mid-Atlantic during hurricane season, and then I get to see stories like this with me currently living within 40 miles of Mt. Rainier (which, I am told, is overdue for eruption).
