saw a post about "you are welcome" vs. "no problem," and it made me wonder why "you are welcome" became the alleged standard response to "thank you" when the word welcome means to greet someone.

so are you greeting someone when they thank you? the English language is strange.

a reminder to people who are important to me, people who I care about. I will always have your back. no matter what the personal cost.

I can't control a lot these days, but I can control my physical activities. trying to keep myself in playing shape if an ice hockey team calls me up for games. walking about 3 miles a day. weight/core 10 minutes a day. it is what I can do with all my previous injuries, but it helps!
