how it started: me as a normal and decent human being who got 8-9 hours of sleep and exercised regularly.

how it is going: me accidentally crashing out on the couch of my hotel room after a dinner with friends, then waking up in the middle of the night and laughing like the Joker when I see it is 2:18 a.m. and I can't go back to sleep.

@ACG2 I’m wondering if naps aren’t counterproductive. If I just stay up 24 hours, that could be a hard reset, right? Doesn’t deal with my 😈 but it could be a start.

nope. sleep still isn't in the cards for me. my brain is so out of wack, fixating on things going wrong or imposter syndrome or whatever. while I'm sure jetlag is still an issue, it doesn't explain everything.
