@HunterRose this was my thinking as well. I needed to figure out if today was my last goof off day before "working" this weekend.

Point of order: if you have a week off from work, does the vacation end after Friday or continue until Monday morning? Seems like weekends should be separate.

It was great visiting family this week, but waking up to nearly 80 degrees each morning was no fun. Glad to be home and my temps in the 50s to start the day.

Chicken and rice just seem like they are made for each other. Adding Mexican flavors and spices elevates the duo to something more zesty. Baking the rice provides more opportunities for the liquid to impart those spices into each grain.

That was a first. Plane had to pull up before landing and abort after another plane did not clear the runway in time. Pilot was smooth. Got it in two though.
