Hidden treasures in the small former railroad and former coal towns in the PNW. This bar logged a lot of miles before ending up in the Krane Cormer. Very cool history.
Legend has it the pepperoni roll was a lunch option for coal miners in West Virginia since they didn’t need to be refrigerated and were easily packed for the midday meal. Since then, variations have sprung up to put cheese, peppers, or even different meats, but the classic remains sticks of pepperoni enclosed by a soft roll. Sliced pepperoni is not recommended. #larryskitchen

Baked potatoes are a great meal that is rich in nutrients and low in fat. Until I load them up with awesome and delicious stuff. This recipe adds diced jalapenos for heat and smoked Gouda for creaminess. #larryskitchen
